Reset a user's 2FA
If a user changes their mobile or loses access to their authenticator app, they'll need their two-factor authentication (2FA) reset before they can log back in. As an Organisation Admin you can do this from the Manage Organisation View.
To reset a user's 2FA:
Click the three dots (...) next to your organisation name and choose Manage Organisation.
Click the three dots (...) next to the user's name.
Click Reset 2FA.
Click Confirm.
The user's 2FA is reset immediately, and you'll see a green confirmation message.
Note: The user will be prompted to set up 2FA again the next time they log in. We recommend they do this as soon as possible to keep their account secure.
