Summary:
Permissions in Knowa work at two levels: Organisation level and Collaboration Space / Meeting Pack level.
At Organisation level, users are either Organisation Admins or Organisation Members. Meeting Pack Creators are Organisation Members with additional permissions to create and publish new Meeting Packs.
Collaboration Space and Meeting Pack permissions are set per Space â the same person can have different levels of access in different spaces.

Organisation-level permissions
Every Knowa user is an Organisation Member. Organisation Admins have full control of the Organisation account â they can add and remove users, grant admin rights, and create Meeting Packs. All other users who have access to your Organisation are Organisation Members, whose access within individual Collaboration Spaces and Meeting Packs is governed by their Space-level permissions.
Some Organisation Members can be designated as Meeting Pack Creators, giving them the ability to create and publish new Meeting Packs across the Organisation.
Note: Organisation Admins are not automatically Collaboration Space or Meeting Pack Admins. They must be added to each Space or Meeting Pack separately.

Collaboration Space and Meeting Pack permissions
Collaboration Space and Meeting Pack permissions are set separately for each Space or Meeting Pack. This means the same person can have different levels of access in different spaces â for example, an Admin in one Collaboration Space and a Guest in another.
Admins are typically scheme secretaries, company secretaries, pension managers, and others central to running the Organisation. They maintain and manage Collaboration Spaces and assemble Meeting Packs, with full control over content, users, and Groups within the space or Meeting Pack they are an admin of.
Members are general users â typically board directors, employees, or core advisers. They have general visibility but more limited actions: in a Collaboration Space they can see all Groups but can only access those they've been added to; in a Meeting Pack, they can see all agenda items but can only access the content they've been assigned.
Guests are typically advisers or other limited-access users. They have the most restricted access â they can only see and access the specific Groups or agenda items they've been added to.
