Publishing a meeting pack

Once the meeting pack is complete and ready to be delivered to attendees, you can publish the pack.


Only Organisation Admins can publish a meeting pack. These are the same users who can create new meeting packs.


To Publish the pack, click Meeting Settings > Publish. Add an optional custom message for the attendees and click publish. Attendees will now be notified via email that the new meeting pack is available for them to view.

Note: You can un-publish a pack in the same way
