Knowa enables you to forward or CC/BCC an email into a specific discussion on Knowa, including email attachments.
This is extremely helpful if you wish to capture communication that has happened outside of Knowa or wish to keep your team mates informed of communications with other people.
Unique email address
Each discussion has a unique email address for each user, ensuring that emails cannot be forwarded into Knowa by the wrong people.
To find your unique email address for a particular discussion, click on the Settings button in a discussion, and select Email to discussion.
Note that for security purposes you must send the email from the same email address you use on Knowa
Emails will appear in discussions as a message from the Knowa user, marked with a small email icon.
