If a user needs to update their email address they will need to reach out to Knowa support providing their old and the new email address. Click on your user name in the bottom left > Contact Support
For security purposes, the user need to complete a few verification steps first:
When reaching out please provide a selfie photo of yourself holding a photo ID to confirm your identity.
And confirm the name of the organisation(s) you have access to on Knowa.
Once this information is provided, the team will update the email within 24 hours. For your privacy, any images provided will be deleted from our records after verification is complete.
